A tan lasts 5–10 days with good aftercare, the appointment takes 20–30 minutes, and you can tan at our private Liberty Hill studio or have us come to you anywhere in the Austin metro. You’re never charged before the tan is done.
What is a spray tan, exactly?
A spray tan is a cosmetic treatment where we hand-spray a fine mist of sunless tanning solution onto your skin. The active ingredient (DHA) reacts with the top layer of skin to create a natural-looking tan over the next several hours.
Is spray tanning safe?
Yes — spray tanning is safe. DHA is FDA-approved for external use, and we use only professional-grade solutions. Millions of spray tans happen safely every year.
Will I look orange?
No — not with us. Orange is a bad-product-plus-wrong-shade problem. We blend a custom solution to your undertone before we spray. You'll look sun-kissed, not spray-painted.
How long does a spray tan last?
Five to ten days, depending on skin type, how quickly you exfoliate, and how well you follow the aftercare (that last one is the big lever).
Can I get a spray tan while pregnant?
Check with your doctor first. DHA is considered safe externally, but some providers recommend skipping spray tans during the first trimester. We'll defer to what they tell you.
Where does the spray tan happen — your place or mine?
Both are options. Most of our appointments happen at our private, by-appointment studio in Liberty Hill — quiet, easy parking, no waiting room. For events, groups, and mornings when it's just easier, we pack the kit and come to you anywhere in the Austin metro. You choose when you request your appointment.
How long does a spray tan appointment take?
Twenty to thirty minutes. The actual spray is ten to fifteen of that — the rest is setup, a quick consult on shade, and breakdown.
What do I wear during the tan?
Whatever you're comfortable in. Most people go nude, wear disposable underwear, or wear a swimsuit they don't mind getting a little bronzer on. There's no wrong answer.
What do you need from me space-wise for a mobile appointment?
A 4×5 foot area and a nearby outlet. At our studio, nothing — we've got you. If we're coming to you, we bring our own extension cord, pop-up tent, and everything else. A bathroom nearby is nice but not required.
Should I shave or wax before my spray tan?
Yes — at least 24 hours before your appointment so your pores have time to close. Shaving right before leaves skin too irritated and affects how the tan takes.
Will the tan stain my clothes or sheets?
A little bronzer can transfer before your first rinse. That's why dark, loose clothing and an old set of sheets for the first night are your friends. It rinses out of most fabrics.
Can I sweat or work out after my spray tan?
Not for the first 8 to 12 hours. Sweat or water during the set can leave streaks. After your first rinse, it's back to normal.
How do I make my spray tan last longer?
Moisturize twice a day, skip exfoliants, avoid oil-based products and bar soap, use a sulfate-free body wash, and stay out of chlorinated pools and hot tubs. Simple, if annoying.

How do I book a spray tan appointment?
For individual appointments, use our Request Appointment form — tell us when you'd like us and what you're tanning for, and your artist will reach out to confirm. For group events (prom, bridal, cheer, etc.), head to Groups or contact us directly.
When do I pay for my spray tan?
For individual appointments, we save a card on file and charge after your tan is done — never before. For group events, payment is collected at the time of booking since your slot is reserved for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens — let us know as soon as you can. Individual appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice are free to reschedule. Inside 24 hours, a portion of the service may be charged to cover the held slot.
